A large Automotive Electrical Company based near Abbeyfeale in Limerick required an urgent delivery for a line down scenario in a vehicle factory in Quinita do Anjo outside Lisbon – But the shipment was not ready in time for the direct scheduled flight. As it was time critical, we were authorised to charter an aircraft. The shipment of 5 boxes was collected in Co. Limerick at 1252hrs, driven direct to Dublin and sent on the aircraft we had chartered direct to Lisbon. Having organised specialised handling for take off and on landing, we were able to retrieve the goods 20 minutes after landing and arrange direct delivery to the site at 1940hrs – Door to Door in 6hours 48 minutes.
